The Role

As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our e-commerce operations from the ground up. You’ll leverage your industry expertise to develop strategies, drive sales performance, and ensure the smooth execution of all e-commerce activities. This is a hands-on role that requires autonomy, as you’ll work with minimal supervision to deliver tangible results.

Key Requirements

• Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR) is mandatory.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in the e-commerce industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit—proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and a proactive approach to task completion.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.

• Deep understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to wear multiple hats as the division grows.
