Job Scope:

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience, strong site performance, and healthy conversion rates

• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to improve product listings, content quality, sales performance, and website functionality

• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance e-commerce operations and efficiency

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness

• Lead and support a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and relevant e-commerce regulations
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline

• Relevant experience in e-commerce management or a similar leadership role

• Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, with exposure to the fashion or footwear industry being an advantage

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, along with digital marketing strategies

• Proficient in analytics and optimization tools, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
