Job Description
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational performance of the company’s B2C and B2B online sales channels. This role ensures that the company’s digital storefronts operate smoothly, product information remains accurate, and commercial initiatives are executed effectively.
Working at the intersection of operations, marketing, and commercial performance, this role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing initiatives into operational execution that drives revenue.
The position plays a key role in ensuring that product launches, campaigns, and promotions are accurately implemented across platforms while maintaining operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Store Operations (B2C & B2B)
Leading a team to manage the daily operations of the company’s B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms.
Maintain accurate product listings including pricing, descriptions, images, inventory availability, and product attributes.
Organize product categories, navigation structures, and on-site merchandising to optimize user experience and conversion.
Monitor website functionality, checkout processes, and customer journey performance to ensure smooth transactions.
Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect customer experience or sales performance.
2. Revenue & Performance Management
Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics including sales revenue, conversion rates, traffic, and average order value (AOV).
Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance through pricing strategies, product bundling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events across the e-commerce platforms.
Ensure B2B pricing tiers, discounts, and customer group configurations are correctly applied and functioning.
3. Marketing & Livestream Campaign Analysis
Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and livestream sales activities across e-commerce platforms.
Track key metrics such as traffic generation, conversion rates, sales attribution, and campaign ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and livestream campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with marketing teams to ensure campaign implementation aligns with product availability and operational readiness.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the operational bridge between marketing, sourcing, and fulfillment teams.
Coordinate product launches from sourcing and listing preparation through platform go-live.
Align product availability with promotional campaigns and demand forecasts.
Communicate operational constraints or inventory risks that may impact marketing campaigns or sales performance.
5. Inventory & Fulfilment Support
Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock shortages or excess inventory risks.
Coordinate with fulfillment teams or logistics partners to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
Support the operational management of B2B orders, including bulk orders, customized terms, or special fulfillment requirements.
Assist in resolving order, delivery, or operational issues that affect customer satisfaction or revenue.
6. Platform & Process Optimization
Maintain and improve internal e-commerce workflows and operational processes.
Work with internal or external technical teams to test and implement platform updates or new features.
Ensure correct configuration of pricing rules, shipping settings, tax settings, payment methods, and B2B account structures.
Document processes and contribute to the development of operational playbooks as the business scales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a recognized university and at least 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management with familiarity with B2C and/or B2B e-commerce platforms and workflows, including shopify, tiktok, douyin, xiaohongshu and tmall.
Strong analytical ability with experience reviewing sales data, marketing performance, and campaign results.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams including marketing, sourcing, and fulfillment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
Effectively bilingual in written and conversational English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-border teams and partners.
