We are a growing e-commerce business in Singapore, looking for a driven and experienced E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. If you have hands-on knowledge of platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace, we’d love to meet you!

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Processing orders on a daily basis through online platforms.
• Picking and Packing orders.
• Stock intake of products from Pallets arriving and update the inventory management system. (Monthly basis).
• Updating the online platforms with product quantities and expiry dates on a daily basis.
• Answering queries with customers online (Daily basis).
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Track and analyse sales performance and customer trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Create eye-catching e-commerce banners and layouts.
• Craft, write, and update content for various social media platforms.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/NITEC
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in e-commerce operations and marketing.
• Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon or Facebook Marketplace backend systems.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven work experience in areas of IT platforms or ability to learn
• Computer literacy (MS Office/Excel in particular)
• Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and sales analytics.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
