Job Description

1. Safely and timely drive the Executive Chairman and/or CEO to and fro work, and for meetings or events;
2. Drop off and pick up of the Executive Chairman and/or CEO’s family members, visitors or business associates from events, meetings and airport as authorised by the Executive Chairman and/or CEO;
3. Consider travelling via the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed;
4. Comply with road regulations at all times;
5. Ensure that the Executive Chairman and/ or CEO’s car is well-maintained (i.e. both interior and exterior are clean) and fueled at all times;
6. Carry out routine inspection on the Executive Chairman and/or CEO’s car to ensure that it is always in good condition, including sending the car for regular inspection;
7. Maintenance of receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the Executive Chairman and/or CEO’s car; and
8. Assist in other duties when requested by the Executive Chairman and/or CEO.

Job Requirements

1. Class 3 Driving Licence with clean good record
2. Min 2 Years of relevant experience
3. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
