We are a Singapore-based trading company specializing in stone quarry business with China and Indonesia. Due to business expansion, we are inviting excellent financial specialists to join our team.

Position: Accounting Executive
Location: Singapore (must be able to have occasional business trips to Indonesia)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily financial accounting and report preparation, with a focus on supporting China and Indonesia operations
• Liaise with related Chinese companies and Indonesian suppliers, handling financial-related matters
• Must be able to travel to Indonesia occasionally to coordinate local finance and suppliers

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting; cross-border experience is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin to be able to communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues
• Able to communicate with Indonesian suppliers and colleagues, and understand Indonesian business contracts and financial statements
• Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
• Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulations of Singapore, China, or Indonesia is preferred
• Capable of accommodating occasional business travel to Indonesia
