Job Scope:

• Ensure the safety and security of the dormitory premises at all times

• Control , monitor and assist the entry and exit of residents, visitors and vehicles

• Verify identification and ensure only authorized personnel are granted access

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the dormitory and surrounding areas, including access points

• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment

• Prevent losses and damage by identifying and reporting irregularities or suspicious activities

• Enforce dormitory rules, regulations, and security policies

• Handle incidents, disturbances, or emergencies according to procedures

• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary

Requirements:

• Must possess valid Security license issued by PLRD
• Able to work on 12-hour day/night shift including weekends and Public Holidays
• Mature and able to work independently
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
