Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end restructuring and recovery engagements, including judicial management, liquidation, receivership, individual voluntary arrangements, schemes of arrangement, and individual bankruptcy.
• Diagnose root causes of financial distress and develop practical, realistic, and implementable turnaround plans.
• Manage key stakeholders: banks, creditors, boards, shareholders, legal counsel, regulators.
• Prepare cash flow analysis, viability reviews, and restructuring proposals.
• Oversee statutory filings, compliance, asset realisation, and case administration.
• Prepare creditor reports and restructuring proposals.
• Provide support to business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Supervise, coach and lead a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience
• Professional qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) preferred.
• Appointment as a liquidator with sound knowledge of Singapore insolvency law (IRDA) and related legal/regulatory frameworks.
• Strong financial modelling skills, proven ability to assess liquidity, business viability, and capital structure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
