Phenom Event Indonesia is a Bali-based event management company delivering full-serviceplanning and production for corporate events, MICE, weddings, team building, and entertainment programs. Established in 2003 and part of Phenom Management Group (PMG) since 2006, the company provides end-to-end solutions including venue sourcing, logistics, budgeting, and high-quality event production. Known for its experienced team and tailored approach, Phenom Event serves both local and international clients across diverse industries. Expanding its regional presence, the company is also opening a new office in Singapore to better support clients across Southeast Asia.

As a key person of the company, you will oversee the planning, execution, and strategic development of high-impact events across various industries. ​ Leveraging extensive experience in event management, hospitality, and multimedia, the specialist will ensure seamless operations, innovative event concepts, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in corporate culture and business psychology to deliver transformative event experiences. ​

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and timeline management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and customized solutions aligned with business goals and brand identity.    
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple event companies, fosteringcollaboration and improving operational capabilities.     
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding service portfolios, and creating innovative event concepts to attract and retain clients.
  • Ensure operational efficiency through asset management, risk mitigation, and optimized equipment rental processes.     
  • Oversee marketing and brand positioning, leveraging digital and multimedia strategies to effectively promote events and services.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years Directorship in event management, hospitality, and professional training
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management
  • Experienced and confident in Public Speaking and dynamic facilitation.
  • Hands on experience in full-cycle events and has a proven track record ofmanaging large-scale events for multinational organizations across industriessuch as energy, finance, hospitality, FMCG, and consultancy.
  • Expertise in corporate culture and business psychology. ​
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about driving organizational excellence and creating impactful event experiences. ​
