Job Description

We are a growing Singapore-based SME in the life sciences industry embarking on a digital transformation journey to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and business scalability.

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager who can bridge both business and technical stakeholders to lead the implementation and optimisation of enterprise systems, particularly ERP solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP Business One or equivalent ERP systems) while supporting broader digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Project Management

• Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee ERP implementation, deployment, and system upgrades.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.

• Manage project risks, issues, and change management processes.

ERP Implementation & Systems Integration

• Lead or support ERP implementation projects (SAP Business One or equivalent) from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Work closely with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders during implementation.

• Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure proper documentation of business processes and system workflows.

Business Process Improvement

• Analyse current business processes across functions such as finance, procurement, inventory, operations, and sales.

• Identify opportunities to digitise, automate, and optimise workflows.

• Translate business requirements into technical system requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.

• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Data & Reporting Enablement

• Support the development of data reporting frameworks and dashboards.

• Ensure ERP data structures support business analytics and reporting needs.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or enterprise systems implementation

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or deployment projects

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems implementation such as

  • SAP Business One (SAP B1), or

  • equivalent ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, Odoo, Sage)

• Experience working with system vendors or implementation partners

• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, procurement, inventory)

Technical & Functional Skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

• Experience in process mapping, system testing, and UAT coordination

• Familiarity with data reporting or business intelligence tools is an advantage

• Understanding of system integrations and data flows

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with SAP Business One implementation or rollout

• Experience working in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution industries

• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or process automation projects

• Experience managing cross-functional system implementation projects
