Job Description:
1. Manage and support the daily operation of brand social media accounts across international and Chinese platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), WeChat Official Accounts, and WeChat Channels. This includes content coordination, account maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimisation to improve brand visibility and engagement.
2. Communicate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and requirements, consolidate key needs, and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams or external partners to execute.
3. Coordinate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of social media content, marketing campaigns, and project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
4. Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and market trends, and prepare weekly or monthly reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
5. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives, and brand awareness activities (online and offline), particularly for international universities and education programmes targeting regional markets.
6. Assist in developing marketing proposals, presentations, and campaign ideas using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including basic data analysis and performance tracking.
7. Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, Notion AI, or similar tools) to support content creation, research, marketing analysis, and workflow efficiency.
8. Maintain clear internal communication and coordination across teams, and assist in documenting workflow processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines to improve team efficiency.
9. Identify project issues or risks early and proactively propose solutions to ensure smooth project delivery and strong client satisfaction.
10. Support other marketing, campaign, or operational tasks assigned by the team when required.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related fields.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) will be an advantage
3. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or advertising agency environments is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends, including both international and Chinese platforms.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and respond proactively to unexpected project situations.
7. Basic data analysis capability, with proficiency in common tools such as Excel to support reporting and campaign performance tracking.
8. Experience in the education, higher education, or international student recruitment sector will be an advantage.
