Job Description
The Digital Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of digital solutions across construction projects in Singapore. This role requires a good understanding of IDD principles, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and other relevant digital tools to ensure the seamless integration of technology throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to assist in the seamless integration of technology throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the digital transformation of construction processes.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the deployment of digital tools and platforms, including BIM, CDE (Common Data Environment), and other relevant construction technologies.
Collaborate with project teams to support the integration of digital solutions that align with project goals and requirements.
Participate in the configuration and optimization of digital tools under the guidance of senior specialists.
Work with project team to ensure the smooth integration of digital delivery processes.
Assist in the development of digital delivery plans, timelines, and reports.
Support coordination with vendors and software providers as needed.
Provide training and support to user on the use of digital tools and platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to digital tools.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital construction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation with the guidance of senior team members.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing digital collaboration and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in delivery of digital applications, BIM, or related fields, preferably in construction industry. Experience in internships and project work will be considered.
Intermediate knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), CDE platforms, or project management software is a plus.
Strong interest in learning and developing skills in digital construction technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders from local and overseas.
Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, to understand, handle and resolve issues.
A proactive, user-oriented and curious mindset, with a desire to engage in continuous learning and improvement.
