As a Dietetic Technician , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide administrative and nutrition-related support to the Manager and dietitians.

• Assist in developing nutrition education materials, slides, and programmes.

• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and update the Dietetics webpage.

• Support Quality Improvement projects and departmental initiatives.

• Conduct nutritional analysis using computer software.

• Assist with patient appointment scheduling and reminders.

• Perform and document patient pre-clerking, including social, medical, weight, and diet history.

• Manage Oral Nutrition Supplement (ONS) samples, ensuring proper storage and tracking.

• Handle phone enquiries, messages, and general administrative duties.

• Support research activities, including data entry and database updates.

• Collate weekly and monthly statistics.

• Assist in community outreach programmes and research projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Applied Food Science and Nutrition preferred.
• Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
