Working hours: 5.5 days work week, office hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations independently, including but not limited to:
• Thyroid and neck
• Abdomen and bladder
• Pelvis (male and female)
• Breast
• Testes
• Lumps and bumps
• Groin and hernia
• Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
• Vascular studies
• Ensure accurate image acquisition, optimisation, and preliminary assessment for clinical correlation.
• Confidently troubleshoot suboptimal scans, technical challenges, or complex cases.
• Communicate effectively with referring doctors when clarifications or discussions on findings are required.
• Maintain proper documentation, labelling, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation during procedures.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and equipment care protocols.
• Support smooth clinic operations and collaborate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ultrasound experience across general and vascular studies.
• Strong technical competence with the ability to work independently.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clinicians regarding scan quality or findings.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and patient-focused.
