• Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory levels.
• Pick and pack implant sets based on sales team orders.
• Deliver implants and instrument sets to hospitals in a timely manner.
• Inspect incoming shipments and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Issue purchase orders and verify accuracy of all accompanying documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and check product expiry dates to ensure quality compliance.
• Participate in annual stock counts and inventory audits.
• Assist the Admin Manager with administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Utilize the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for efficient warehouse and inventory management.
