Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and networking. Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments is essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
