• Be responsible for managing daily operations of a design office to ensure quality and timeliness of design prepared / issued
• Be responsible for the running of major curtain walling and facade projects from inception to completion
• Liaise with clients and contractors
• Liaise with design consultants
• Manage design changes, confirm they are agreed within budget
• Provide design presentations to the client

Requirement:

• Strong technical facade working experience
• Communication skills are a major part of this role as extensive liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers is necessary to ensure project commitments are met.
• Have a proven record in managing and running major curtain walling and facade projects in ASIA along with a facade DESIGN background
