Job Description:

• Review design proposals from consultant or sub-contractor.
• Coordinate requirements from M&E and architectural disciplines and incorporate them into the shop drawings.
• Follow up and coordinate QPD's review and approval of drawings.
• Coordinate and resolve design-related issues arising during site construction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.
• Resolve any construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with relevant departments as well as the authorities, to ensure consistency with contractual technical specifications and statutory rules and regulations.
• Attend site inspection with required.
• Any other tasks that assigned by reporting officer.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in contractor or consultant.
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design softwares and analytical tools, for instance Etab, MS Tower, Autocad, will be added bonus.
• Experience in Building project is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Able to work independently and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Meeting delivery deadlines and budgets.
• 5.5 working days per week.
