Your Responsibilities

• Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns
• To support the company in seeking and acquiring new clients and develop new relationships with potential clients
• To pitch and deliver a solid presentation to our potential clients
• To participate in the business and sales process
• Develop a sales strategy to enhance the existing sales system and improve its efficiency, generate new leads in the assigned territories
• Research, identify and qualify sales opportunities within the target market
• Manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectation management, including contract negotiation.
• Develop a strategy to achieve market leadership and create a market opportunity in the designated Sector to achieve a growth plan.
• Builds and provides guidance, development, mentoring and sales leadership to the team and supports their professional success and continued growth.
• Developing and growing new business opportunities in the designated market
• Forecasting business accurately on monthly and quarterly outlook
• Strategic lead in the markets, advise on long term plans for growth and business development
• Following up inbound leads and working closely with the marketing team and rest of the sales team to develop strategies to recruit new business prospects in your markets

Your Experience

• Proven track record of consultative solution selling, and understanding of the business
• Scientific practice of selling, with a superior ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike
• Previous experience within interior, creative agency would be an advantage
• Strategic thinking, communication and decision-making process.
