Design Director – iGaming PlatformKey Responsibilities：

Overall Visual Direction：Lead the overall visual style, UI/UX design standards, and brand identity for the iGaming website and mobile platform

Team Leadership：Manage and mentor UI, UX, and visual design teams, ensuring design quality, resource allocation, and team capability development

Product Experience Optimization：Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and continuous user experience improvement

Creative Strategy：Define the overall creative direction of the platform based on market trends and user preferences to drive retention and conversion

Design System Development：Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across multiple product lines

Vendor Management：Manage external design vendors and ensure output quality meets company standards

Data-Driven Design：Iterate design solutions based on user behavior data and A/B testing results to improve key business metrics

Requirements：

Experience：8+ years of digital product design experience, including at least 3 years in design team management

Industry Background：Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or internet platform products is preferred

Technical Skills：

Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools

Deep understanding of mobile and web design guidelines (iOS, Android, responsive design)

Experience in building design systems

Education：Bachelor‘s degree or above in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field

Language：Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) -liaise with Chinese clients from China.

Soft Skills：Strong cross-functional communication, stress management, and project management skills
