The Marketing team, under the leadership of the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, is seeking a professional with strong leadership skills, an excellent command of design principles, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This individual is recognized for independent thinking and a passion for tackling creative challenges head-on. With a sharp eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of how to craft visuals that resonate with our target audience, they are a dedicated advocate for impactful, brand-aligned creative work. Committed to excellence in every project, they continually strive to elevate the institution’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate Amity Global Institute's brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
- Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and stories, that showcase Amity's academic offerings, campus life, student testimonials, and industry partnerships.
- Design and video editing to support multimedia content development.
- Monitor social media channels to respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance Amity's online presence.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese language.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across various media.
- Expert user of the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Has strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, working within tight timelines with a quick turnaround.
Other Skills:
- Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop
- Videography and editing skills, via Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Fluency in web design, UI/UX, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
*Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
