Location: King Albert Park, Singapore

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they step into the clinic.
• Assist our dentists during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and organization.
• Keep the clinic tidy and well-organized, from the reception area to the treatment rooms.
• Help with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling basic computer work.
• Provide patients with clear instructions on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Prior experience in a dental clinic is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills for managing appointments and records.
