Job Description:

• Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to Hotel, Restaurant or commercial locations on time.
• Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to maximize time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service when picking up or delivering laundry, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks.
• Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained. Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork, and delivery schedules.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Requirements:

• Min 'N' or 'O' Level.
• Valid Class 4 Driving License.
• Minimum 1-year driving experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Bilingual is an advantage.
• Able to Work on Weekends.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of client's items.
