Responsibilities:

• Provides trading and advisory support to Japanese speaking clients
• Onboarding of Retail Corporate and Institutional clients
• Organize webinars/seminars and marketing activities to increase and engage the Japanese speaking community
• Able to engage partners and KOLs to grow the channel business
• Participate in building and translating online trading platform and business
• Able to get the Capital Markets Services License in three months

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English is required (Able to speak and write fluently)
• Degree in Finance or its equivalent preferred
• Certifications in CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A will be advantageous
• Prior experience in investment and/or customer service will be advantageous
• Diligent, meticulous, patient and resourceful
• A team player who can work well with internal stakeholders including Backoffice and IT.
• Strong knowledge and interest in Financial markets and products including Equities/Fixed Income/Options/ CFDs and Derivatives products.
• Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous
