Job Summary

Allied Container Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input and manage operational data, support administrative processes, and assist team members with data-related queries to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company systems to maintain reliable operational records
• Organize and file documents to support efficient administrative workflows
• Prepare and manage correspondence and reports to facilitate communication and decision-making
• Respond to team members’ data queries promptly to support operational needs
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data to protect company information
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform data management and communication tasks effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field to support understanding of administrative and data processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members

• Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
