Data Architecture & Pipeline Development
oDesign and implement data models for social service integration (Client360, Household360)
oBuild ETL processes for legacy system migration and real-time agency data synchronization
oDevelop and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines for cross-agency data flow
oImplement data quality validation frameworks and monitoring systems

•Integration Development & API Management
oDesign and develop APIs for system integrations (OneCV, CaseConnect, ComLink+)
oImplement interfaces with government services (SingPass, MyInfo, GovTech services)
oCreate and maintain documentation for all integration points and APIs
oEnsure API performance, security, and scalability

•Data Security & Compliance
oImplement data protection measures including field-level encryption and access controls
oEnsure compliance with IM8 standards and government security requirements
oMaintain audit trails and data masking for sensitive information
oMonitor and enforce data classification policies

•Performance Optimization & Monitoring
oOptimize query performance and batch processing efficiency
oMonitor and tune real-time data synchronization
oImplement performance monitoring dashboards
oMaintain system reliability and uptime metrics

•Cross-Team Collaboration
oWork with business analysts, solution architects, and frontend developers
oParticipate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
oConduct code reviews and pair programming sessions
oProvide technical guidance on data integration matters

•Quality Assurance & Documentation
oDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
oImplement automated testing for data transformations and integrations
oEnsure data accuracy and validation across systems
oCreate and maintain troubleshooting guides and procedures
