Overview:

This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across stakeholders. You will work closely with business, product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and deliver actionable dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs
• Translate business requirements into analytical queries and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Identify and resolve data quality and integrity issues
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders and leadership
• Support continuous improvement of analytics processes, standards, and documentation

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience working on large datasets
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Exposure to big data and cloud technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, BigQuery)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics workflows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Experience in payments, fintech, or technology-driven industries
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
