The Customer Success Specialist “Specialist” is a key role within Mesh Bio, responsible for managing the deployment of our healthcare software solutions across hospital and clinic settings. Work closely with the Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams, the Customer Success Specialist ensures smooth delivery, alignment with customer needs, and a consistent post-sales experience. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the continuous evolution of our product offerings.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of customer deployment projects, from kick-off to post-deployment support.
  • Assist product managers to coordinate the documentation and verify customer requirements, ensuring all needs are captured and clearly communicated to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct workflow testing and validation of all custom components before deployment.
  • Oversee the customer onboarding process, including product training and adoption support.
  • Capture and relay user feedback to the Product team to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Manage and deliver pilot projects or Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate solution fit.
  • Track and report project milestones, financials, status updates, and issue escalations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and align on deployment plans.
  • Provide deployment documentation, best practices, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support discovery discussions with customers to understand goals, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Occasionally travel within the region.
  • Perform Ad hoc work related tasks as mutually agreed with Superior.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare-related projects or product deployment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with basic configuration languages (HTML, CSS, LaTeX, Python) and deployment tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Semaphore) is a plus.
  • Understanding of testing, validation, and healthcare IT implementation cycles.
  • Familiar with project management frameworks, with experience using tools such as Asana, Jira, etc
  • PMP certification (good to have)

  • Effective team player with the ability to work across functions.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to articulate things to C-suite and executives alike.
