We’re hiring a Customer Service Team Leader on behalf of our client, a global leader in technology consulting. You’ll supervise a team of Customer Service Officers, oversee daily operations to ensure KPIs and service levels are met, and provide coaching and performance feedback. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily team activities and monitor CSO performance to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve team‑level escalations.
• Track and analyze team performance reports.
• Track performance indicators, recognize recurring issues, and recommend solutions to refine workflows.
• Provide assistance with administrative duties and manage both internal and external communications to ensure smooth operations.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance activities, and contribute to ad hoc projects or initiatives assigned by the Manager.

Requirements: 

• Open to candidates with a Diploma in any discipline.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of guiding and motivating teams to achieve performance goals.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
