Job Responsibilities:

• Process export/import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits)
• Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment
• Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve processes
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or a related discipline or GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ level certificate
• Experience in export and import documentation and shipping procedures in Asia Pacific region and ⁠Letter of Credit and bank negotiation are essential
• Minimum 5 years in export or logistics operations
• Proficiency in SAP is an advantage
