💼 Counter Duties

• Deliver top-notch service at the iShopChangi counter for both departure and arrival orders.

• Process orders accurately and quickly using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Verify item details, quantity, and customer info for every order.

• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners for timely fulfillment.

• Keep inventory records accurate, track stock levels, and report any discrepancies.

• Assist with Changi Rewards enquiries, redemptions, and marketing campaigns.

• Upsell services like Shopping Concierge and Changi Rewards.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain service excellence.

🏃 Runner Duties

• Transfer, deliver, and collect items across terminals, counters, merchants, and backrooms.

• Ensure every order is correct and meets quality standards.

📦 Checker Duties

• Pick, pack, and organize items for pickup or delivery.

• Maintain accuracy and timeliness for every order.

✨ Other Duties

• Keep the counter and backroom clean and organized.

• Support management with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
