Job Description
🌟 Core Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and attend to customer inquiries.
Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and related services.
Perform daily opening and closing settlements for POS and BSS to ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
Provide bag wrapping services and upsell baggage services or products.
Accept and issue baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct bag searches following SOPs and comply with security standards set by management and Airport police.
Maintain store cleanliness and a professional image.
Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
📌 Job Specifications / Qualifications
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Able to converse in basic English.
Able to carry luggage up to 25kg.
⏰ Additional Info
Open to Singaporeans / PR only
6-day work week, rotating rest days
Fixed night shift: 10:45 PM - 7:05am (S$100 night shift allowance provided)
