Job Description
Specialise in supplying fresh pork, poultry, beef, seafood and locally smoked deli products.
Description:
- Handle all incoming customer calls, queries and complaints in a promptly, efficient and professional manner
- Data entry, filling and general administrative duties.
- Process customers order both online and offline.
- Update customer on the status of their order or delivery
- Attend to billing, filing, and other admin duties
- Enthusiastically assist in resolving customers' concerns on products, delivery related issues, order placing online and all other customer enquiries.
- Adhering to a company’s SOP’s when interacting with customers
Requirement:
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to establish a positive rapport with customers
- Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with customers
- 1-2 years Experience in a customer service environment or is an added advantage
- Flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects as the company expands
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to work independently
- Working hour: 9am-6pm, 6 day work shift include weekends & public holidays
🕒 Working Schedule (6-Day Work Week)
Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (as scheduled)
Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (as scheduled)
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday to Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
