Summary:

• Basic Salary up to $4000
• 5 days work week (including weekend & PH roster, with shift rotation)
• Global MNC with stable operations and long-term growth
• Combination of hands-on customer service and team leadership
• Exposure to government-linked and large-scale service projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of daily Customer Service operations while remaining actively hands-on

• Handle customer enquiries, incidents, and escalations with confidence and professionalism

• Coach, guide, and support Customer Service Specialists to deliver consistent service standards

• Work closely with Operations, Technical Support, Sales, and partners to resolve service issues

• Track service KPIs, response times, and quality metrics to drive improvements

• Ensure accurate case documentation and proper use of CRM / ERP systems

• Support service scheduling, dispatch coordination, and follow-up activities

• Prepare service reports and operational updates for management

• Promote compliance with internal processes, safety guidelines, and service protocols
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in customer service operations, service coordination, or technical support
• Comfortable performing hands-on customer service tasks in addition to team supervision
