Job Description
Our client is an English literacy education provider that helps children develop reading, writing, and comprehension skills through a structured, phonics-based learning system.
Job Scope:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone enquiries from parents and students.
- Assist with class scheduling, enrolments, and course-related administrative support.
- Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
- Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and manage basic finance-related tasks.
- Support teachers and centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Levels
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with parents/teachers
- Candidates from retail/hospitality/F&B industry welcome to apply
- A team player, independently working and able to prioritize tasks at hand
Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend
Working Location: Island wide locations available (Will find a location that is nearest to your home)
Salary: Up to $3,500
