Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed
- Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and efficiency
