Job Description
Position: Customer Service Executive Contract)
Salary: Up to $3000
Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Duration: 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing regular inbound customer calls to deliver best-in-class customer service support.
- Responsible for performing an increasing number of outbound calls to drive product availability, coach customers on their individual store performance and subsequently execute trade marketing programs to drive the achievement of sales volume.
- Provide administrative support where required to ensure the smooth business operations.
Accountabilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Receive incoming calls and provide information, resolve issues or concerns regarding product/service, troubleshoot customer issues, provide technical support, maintain/update customer records, and process orders.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best available solution to solve the problem and/or escalating the issue to ensure proper resolution.
ONLINE ORDERS MANAGEMENT:
- Ensure that customer online orders are placed accurately and timely to facilitate fulfilment.
- Meet personal and team volume targets by placing calls to get customer orders.
- Perform verification calls for unscheduled orders to ascertain accuracy and validity of orders.
- Liaise with fulfilment team on processing of urgent order requests.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
- Plan and identify largest segment opportunities within assigned customer list to drive increased product availability.
- Perform outbound calls and overcome customer objection (if encountered).
- Track increases in product distribution.
COMPLIANCE:
- Ensure customer interactions and deliverables are in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of experience in customer service/FMCG industry, handling inbound calls.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with strong customer orientation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, with strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of operations and process oriented
- Immediate starters preferably
