Salary: $2,500 to $2,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: Tuas (company transport provided)

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate job scheduling and manpower allocation for service assignments.
• Liaise with Service Engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support purchasing and administrative activities related to customer requests.

Requirements:
• Nitec or Diploma in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Singaporean only need apply
