WCS Services Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Customer Relations Associate Manager to support our client servicing, site operations, and service quality management.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with people, coordinating teams, managing client expectations, and solving service-related issues. The candidate will work closely with clients, site supervisors, frontline cleaning teams, and internal management to ensure smooth service delivery and strong customer relationships.
The role requires someone who is hands-on, organised, confident in communication, and comfortable handling both customer-facing matters and ground operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain good relationships with clients across assigned sites.
- Support daily cleaning operations and ensure service standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to understand client requirements and operational needs.
- Work closely with site supervisors and frontline cleaning staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor cleaning quality, manpower deployment, attendance, and site coverage.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, operational issues, and service recovery matters professionally.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support the Customer Success Manager in client follow-ups, service updates, and account servicing.
- Prepare basic operational updates, service reports, and client follow-up records.
- Identify service gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Ensure staff comply with company standards, workplace safety requirements, and service expectations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidates from any customer-facing role are welcome to apply, including customer service, account servicing, sales support, retail, hospitality, facilities management, operations, or other service-related industries.
- Prior experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or service operations is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, supervisors, and frontline staff.
- Able to manage feedback, complaints, and operational issues calmly and professionally.
- Responsible, hands-on, and willing to learn ground operations.
- Able to manage multiple sites, tasks, and priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to service quality.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.
- Own vehicle is preferred, as the role may require travelling to different client sites.
- Willing to work on Saturdays as and when required due to operational needs.
Working Hours
- 5-day work week.
- Required to work on Saturdays as and when needed, depending on operational or client requirements.
