About Your Role:

• Business development and marketing for all Otte services and products.
• Educate engineers through hands-on training, software workshops, and industry webinars.
• Diagnose technical issues, help clients avoid misuse of tools, and explain the "why" behind the numbers.
• Serve as a technical bridge between engineering teams and software developers.
• Promote good design practices using CSi, IDEA StatiCa, Geoslope, Seequent, and other applications.
• Participate in the development, testing, and feedback of solutions to improve tools used across Asia.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design of buildings (reinforced concrete & steel).
• Good with ETABS, IDEA StatiCa or other FEM software, and eager to master more.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
