Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
• Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
• Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification docuemnts).
• Assist on all crew issues.
• Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
• Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.
• Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
• Able to work fast under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
