We are seeking a Creative Producer (Videographer & Designer) to bring our brand and campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Mission of the Role

Execute high-quality video and design content that supports marketing campaigns, storytelling, and audience engagement.

This role focuses on creative production and visual execution, translating ideas into impactful content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography & Video Production

Shoot and edit:

• Short-form videos (Reels, ads, social content)

• Event coverage and highlights

• Brand storytelling content

Deliver fast-turnaround assets for campaigns and social media.

2. Graphic Design & Visual Assets

Design:

• Ad creatives (static and motion)

• Social media content

• Event marketing materials

• Presentation decks and brand collaterals

3. Web & Marketing Design

Create visuals for:

• Landing pages

• Campaign assets

• Website updates

Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.

4. Creative Execution

Execute based on:

• Storyboards

• Scripts

• Creative briefs from the marketing team

Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to bring campaigns to life.

5. Brand Consistency & Quality

Maintain a strong and cohesive visual identity across all content.
Continuously elevate the perceived quality of the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and video editing

• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent)

• Ability to produce both video and static creative assets

• Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sense

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality

Preferred

• Experience in content-heavy or brand-driven environments

• Experience producing content for social media and paid ads

• Interest in storytelling, film, or cinematic content
