Job Summary:

Marketing Assistant will be provided with hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, market research, content creation, and campaign coordination. The individual will support our marketing efforts and gain valuable skills and insights into the field of marketing within the food industry. Besides digital marketing, there will be physical marketing activities that involve coordination with vendors for exhibition setup and other type of on-site marketing activities. Another role is to design company product packaging, marketing material, exhibition material, poster and all design related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional media, and in-store promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to help in creating marketing strategies and plans.
• Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including content for advertisements, social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating launch activities, creating launch materials, and monitoring launch performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Communicate marketing plans, activities, and results to stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing budgets.
• Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities in developing new businesses.
• Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights.
• Create and update social media accounts.
• Respond to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
• Participate in company marketing activities.
• Designing (Packaging design, marketing material, exhibition material, poster and etc.)
• Housekeeping of company website (to update as and when need)
• Managing of google page update and responding to customer review
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good organisational, time management, and project management skills.
• Meticulous attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Knowledge in Creative Design software is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment.

Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
