Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, hotel, car, ground transportation, visa, and travel insurance arrangement
• Understand clients’ need for complete accurate records of bookings and offer the best alternatives in terms of pricing & routing.
• Planning of travel itineraries, making reservations & ticketing
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and clients’ travel policies.
• Update and maintain accurate and Personal Client Profiles
• Check document validity, and provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation
• Build and maintain good working relationships with our corporate customers
• Undertake after-office hours emergency line duty on a roster basis.

Pre-requisites:

• Preferably Diploma holder with related experience in Corporate Travel or Airlines industry
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to provide after-office hours assistance to clients, as and when required
• Customer-focused and good team player with a collaborative mindset to drive the best outcomes
