We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary to set up and lead our corporate secretarial practice. This is a senior leadership role with a clear path to partnership and an equity stake.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the corporate secretarial practice
• Act as named Corporate Secretary for clients and advise on compliance & governance
• Handle company incorporations, annual returns, ACRA filings, resolutions, and registers
• Grow the business and build client relationships
• Recruit, train, and lead a team as the practice expands
• Work with leadership on strategy and financial growth

Requirements:

• SAICSA/CSIS qualified Chartered Secretary (degree in Law/Business a plus)
• 7+ years’ experience in corporate secretarial work in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, ACRA regulations, BizFile+
