Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretarial Associate to support corporate governance, statutory compliance, and board administration for the firm’s clients.


Key Responsibilities

- Assist in providing full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to the firm’s clients which are majority private limited companies.

- Assist in Company incorporation, registration of foreign entities, representative offices, striking off companies etc.

- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal requirements of ACRA.

- To prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with the laws.

- Maintain and update company statutory records / statutory registers

- Coordinate and organise meetings between Directors and Shareholders.

- Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and other required documents.

- Liaising and coordinating with clients on statutory and compliance filings.

- Assist with client onboarding, including ongoing monitoring and conducing of client due diligence checks.

- Perform any other secretarial duties and departmental support as and when assigned.


Key Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree, holders of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (SAICSA) cerification or currently pursuing SAICSA course are welcome to apply.

- Training and guidance will be provided.

- Relevant corporate secretarial experience in law firms, corporate secretarial firms preferred. Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.

- Experience in taking minutes of meetings for Board of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings preferred.

- Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements.

- Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage multiple tight deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ACRA Bizfile+ Portal.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be a plus (this is to handle queries from our Clients in regards to corporate secretarial matters).
