An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join an established global professional services firm, specializing in trust and private wealth and servicing high net worth individuals.

The role sits in a lean corporate secretarial department and works closely with related departments.

Responsibilities 
You will be responsible for handling regulatory filing, board meeting management (prepare agendas, draft minutes etc), and providing general advisory to clients. This is a high touch role involving high net worth clients, hence someone who exercises discretion would be valued.

Someone who is meticulous, accurate and ensuring smooth flow in work processes would be suitable.

Requirements
At least 4 years relevant experience in a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to private clients and/family offices.

A resilient approach and strong commitment to client servicing is welcomed for this role.
