Accounts Executive

• Salary range: SGD 3.5k to 4k

• Variable bonus: Up to 2 months

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Meal and transport allowance: Provided if OT is required (OT usually not necessary if time is managed well)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage client portfolios, ensure accurate financial reporting, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.

• Handle full set of accounts for clients, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

• Review work prepared by junior accounts executives and provide guidance.

• Liaise with clients, auditors, and government agencies professionally.

• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA qualification or modules completed is an advantage.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a CSP (Corporate Service Provider) or audit firm.

• Good knowledge of SFRS and corporate taxation.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience mentoring junior staff is preferred.
