Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Coordinator with experience in garment measurement and coordination to support our uniform operations. This role is suitable for candidates with a background in tailoring, alterations, or apparel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate body measurements for customers (primary responsibility)
• Conduct and coordinate fitting and measurement sessions
• Visit customers’ premises for on-site measurement when required
• Verify customer orders and coordinate with merchandising team
• Perform quality checks (QC) on finished goods before delivery
• Support packing and sorting of goods when needed
• Coordinate production to ensure sizing and specifications are accurate
• Monitor inventory levels for fabrics and materials
• Source and purchase fabrics, trims, and accessories
• Prepare labels, measurement sheets, and materials for suppliers
• Perform other operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in tailoring, alterations, garment fitting, or related field is preferred
• Comfortable and confident in taking body measurements for customers
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with customers)
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy (e.g. order tracking, simple coordination work)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Location:
Kallang Place, Singapore

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary:
$2,000 – $2,200 (commensurate with experience)
