MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of work progress against timelines
• Prepare and compile reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for management and stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant authorities for permits, submissions, and compliance requirements
• Monitor and follow up on subcontractor work progress, deliverables, and documentation
• Support procurement activities including raising purchase requests and tracking deliveries
• Ensure proper filing and version control of all project-related documents
• Coordinate site logistics, manpower arrangements, and material delivery schedules
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tools is an advantage
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow up and close tasks effectively
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination roles
• Experience working with main contractors or engineering firms is an advantage
• Familiarity with local regulations and submission processes is preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered for junior roles
